Return Policy

We always want to keep you 100% satisfied with the purchase from Modistiq. Even if you have been unhappy with your product, you can accept your full refund by returning the product. You can return a product to us for a full refund if the following terms are met:

A. HOW LONG CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.

B. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER USING THIS?

No, to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or evidence of the purchase.

D. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN THEIR PRODUCTS?

F. DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

  • No we do not accept exchanges

I. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?

Please check your order carefully before returning a product. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item for free. Please contact us by email or call us immediately to inform us about your damaged or defective product condition for return.

J. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

No cost when the product is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. But when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, they are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping en getting the return label.

K. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

J. CANCELATION

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please check your order before placing it.
